Sureride RF slots

About the Sureride, if we can only use the 3 bottom slots for RF and the 3rd is 10,5 inches high that means that you can't put a kid who's more than like 11,5 inches shoulder height? I know the stap can be lower than the shoulders RF but how much lower can it be?

There's no designated "too low" amount. If the straps start falling off that would be problematic. And obviously you'd pay attention to the other limits.

I tried it with my 17 months old, she is average in height and she is already like 2 inches above the 3rd slots, If I want to RF her for one more year, it might not be the best seat right?...
