Harness for a school bus?

Hi everybody,

Does anybody have experience with safe seating on a school bus?

My son has low muscle tone, so the school district has supplied a harness for him to wear on the bus. It's getting too small now, especially with his winter coat.

This particular bus has regular seat belts, but I'm afraid they won't be safe enough. He's in a Britax Husky in our car.

I hope the bus company is using the harness properly. Maybe I'm worrying too much. :(
