Graco 4ever SS vs Clicktight

Hello! Do any of you have a Graco 4ever with Safety Surround? I was pretty set on getting an Advocate or Blvd. Today while I was browsing Target online my DH noticed this seat and liked the blue colored trim, so I figured I'd at least check It out.

Any thoughts on this seat? Likes or dislikes? Legroom? Ect...

Thanks!

I have a Milestone SS. I don't know if there are any other differences for the Milestone/4Ever with SS vs. regular, but my Milestone is probably still my favorite car seat. Not super heavy like a ClickTight (I only have a Frontier, have only played with a convertible on the shelf at Target), really easy to use in general.

Thank you. I'm going to Target today. I'm going to see what, if anything, they have on display.
DH has to go with me today, so I've got him trapped to look at seats with me, lol.

Again, my experience is with a Milestone, but I think this stuff is all the same.

My 3.5 year old was in a RF Radian when the baby outgrew the Keyfit. I got a Milestone for the baby.

The 3.5 year old got turned FF in the Milestone temporarily (long story), then did some flipping back and forth, largely at his own insistence. But he demanded the Milestone for all of it.

The leg room is great, the harness adjuster is the best one I own, and it has an IMMI buckle, identical to the Britax.

Here's CarseatBlog's review of the 4EVER (not Safety Surround). http://carseatblog.com/29504/graco-4ever-all-in-one-carseat-review-your-new-bff/

I've used the 4Ever and the ClickTights. The CTs install way more easily. The 4Ever isn't difficult at all--it's just that the CT is ridiculously easy.

I don't really love the harness on either. They can both be a little finicky, IMO. Not enough that I wouldn't use them, but pretty much the only thing holding either of them back from being the perfect seat.

Thank you both. I'm not overly concerned about install as the seat will stay in my van. Although easy is great in an emergency..I really wanted a smooth harness, but every seat on my list seems to have a quirky harness.

SO..if not for the install and harness, witch seat would you prefer. Clicktight or 4ever?

Also, how is the padding on the 4ever?

Comfort is in the butt of the beholder, right? My 4 year old loves his Milestone like nothing else.

That's so very true, lol. I've said many times before that my DD refused every high dollar seat I brought home. She LOVED her MR65 with all her heart though.
