Question Rear-facing Installation of Clek Fllo Using Seatbelt in Mazda 3

I am having trouble getting a tight rear-facing installation of my Clek Fllo in a 2015 Mazda 3 behind the passenger seat. We want to use the seatbelt rather than Latch because of the Latch's weight limits. We pulled the seatbelt as tight as we could, but the car seat still moves. It looks to me like a possible problem is that the edge of the car's seat cushion squishes and moves when we pull the belt tight because the seat belt is on the side of the cushion (not at the back, as it is in the middle seat). I'm wondering if the problem is the Fllo, the car, or us. Advice is much appreciated!
