Is this very similar to the huge Advance Air Ex seat? I am looking for a combination seat for my 4 1/2 yr old after an accident and came across this new seat.

There is also the Grow and Go, but it lacks the G Cell HX foam and I always try and get the most protection, proven to work or not. However the purple color would go down very well....has anyone tried either of these seats and do they fit well as a booster down the line?

Actually I just looked up the Safety 1st 65 Advance Ex on consumer reports and the crash protection was "basic" and one of the lows was "crash protection"...so maybe all that fancy foam doesn't help anyway! Although I think it was probably because of the harness getting pulled through the shell with the 6 yr old dummy.
