What constitutes as extended rear facing?

I feel like there isn't a set age/height/weight. What do you guys think? For me personally when a child is closer to three than two and still rear facing it officially counts as extended.

2 is the official AAP recommendation and that seems to be what most people go by these days. As soon as they turn 2, I would say a parent is going above the recommendations and consider it extended rearfacing.

Before the recs changes to 2 and were still 1, anything past the first birthday was considered extended rearfacing.

I guess I'd consider anything exceeding the law extended - so, here, 1/20 except the seats that have a 2y minimum.

It isn't terribly unusual for parents to aim for two, though, and I know a number in real life who have gone beyond (some due to my influence, a surprising number not!)
