Help me decide

Yesterday was our annual The Minivan Is Disgusting day, so all car seat covers got washed. One harness pad from the dark gray Radian got lost. I've pretty much given up on finding it again. 2 questions:

1) What do I do until I get the replacement? Use it without the harness pads? Pull the Scenera NEXT out of the basement?
2) What color do I get? The only options from Diono are black (out of stock), light gray (blah), and purple. I have to go purple, right?

Not sure about not using them, because it depends on which ones and which direction you are using it depends on if they are required. But I say go for purple unless the child will complain, purple is my absolute favorite color, soooo

Rear facing, small pads.

I'm leaning purple, myself. The kid is 20 months old, doesn't really have opinions about color yet. He might down the road, but I'll probably retire the Radians in a year or so when he approaches the weight and/or height limit for RF. So he probably won't have much opinion before then.

I use my seats without harness pads unless my boys are wearing lots of tank tops, or they are required by the manufacturer, so I'd use it without until I got new ones. As far as I know, the little ones are not required. And go for purple, lol.

Ok. Stole a harness pad off the identical Radian in my car so DH doesn't have to deal with a car seat that's different from what he's used to, and so I can have the purple when it comes. [emoji12]

He's only in my car about 5 minutes a day on weekdays, so it hardly even matters how long it takes Diono to ship my order.
