Carseats for a Dodge journey

I have two children. One is 2 years old weighing 24lbs and is 34inches tall. My second is 4 months weighing 16lbs and 22inches tall. We own a 2013 dodge journey and was wondering what are the best carseats for it. Our daughter's convertible is a beast and doesn't always work so well. Our son is still in an infant carrier but we would like to move him to a convertible as he is very chunky and we travel a lot. Any options would be appreciated. Thank you, Tabitha
