Short Version:
Please tell me how easy it is supposed to be open the Click Tight on the Britax Frontier.
Long Version:
DS finally outgrew his RFing seats, but due to his bone-age delay, we want to keep him harnessed, so we got a Frontier (manufacture date is Apr 2016).
We heard they were SO easy to use, and it was really easy to install: buckle (no tightening), close click tight, and the seat doesn't move, then attach tether.
The problem comes when we try to OPEN the click tight. We can pinch one side, but not the other. If we push the other side into the open position, the first side goes back closed. It takes both my husband and me using ALL the force of both our hands to get the click tight open on both sides so that we can uninstall the seat. Is this NORMAL? If not, what do I do?
