I'm pretty sure of the first one, and yes, a 1 year old could probably open it for sure. The second one I have no idea.

The first one looks like it was really easy to undo but if the snap was fastened correctly it was actually kind of hard. Bent back a finger nail or two trying to get older ones to open.
