We just installed a Clek Foonf in our car. Our 10 month old son meets the age/height/weight requirements to use it in a rear facing install. We took him out for a long-ish drive yesterday and when he fell asleep, his head completely missed the headrest, so he was leaning forward slightly with his poor head just sort of dangling to the side, under the headrest. When he is awake and sitting up, the headrest is positioned properly.
The headrest is at its lowest position. Should I get a Clek Infant Thingy for the shorter headrest even though he is 4 pounds or so over the overall limit for the insert?
