Buying used Kia Sedona, What to look for?

Hello, we're looking to purchase a used Kia Sedona, probably 2006-2008, in the next week or two. Within our price range it looks like the mileage will likely be somewhere between 100-130k. What sorts of things should we look for when checking out vehicles for sale? Problems, warning signs etc? What about latch? Anyone know if there are variances in number/positioning of anchors? I know we want the longer body style.

Complete car noob, so even the most obvious tips would be helpful. :D

Thanks!
