    quick help--PEE in britax foam

My daughter peed in her frontier 85 and the grey comfort foam is completely saturated. Any way I can wash this to get the smell out? Or do I have to order a new one?

I had that happen to my comfort foam in my old Britax Husky and I gently handwashed in a sink full of soapy water and then let it air dry. I don't think there is anything against that in the frontier manual.

If in doubt you can also call britax and see if there's a method they suggest.

I'm going to call them this morning. It stinks that it happened when Customer service was closed.

Re: quick help--PEE in britax foam

I had this happen in other Britax seats. I washed the foam and cover in soapy water, rinsed and air dried (in the sun if possible). I never checked with Britax CS but the seats didn't smell. The harness I rinsed in plain water and air dried out of direct sunlight.
