Nextfit headrest question

I bought my 4 year old a Frontier CT so I took his Nextfit out to wash the cover and was planning to sell the seat. When I was putting the cover back on the headrest, I noticed that there seemed to be more give in the headrest than I remember. It's not loose up and down, but there is some give in it front to back at the top of the headrest if that makes sense. Is this normal or did I somehow break the headrest?

Thanks KQ. I sent them an email with a picture just now. I couldn't send the video through their website form as it was too large. https://vimeo.com/159988354

I'm pretty sure it somehow broke when I put the headrest cover back on after washing it. It's the first time I've removed it in the 2 years I've owned it. Ive taken the rest of the cover off several times before to wash it but never the headrest cover. I was at Target this morning and there is no play at all in either of the 2 floor models there. I doubt Chicco will do anything since I bought it more than a year ago, but it's disturbing that it could break so easily.

I just wanted to update this with the final response I got from Chicco after sending them video. They claim that as long as the headrest locks into place, which it does, that this seat is safe to use. I really don't feel great about that response at all. I was planning to sell the seat, but I'm not comfortable with that now. UGH.

I'm sorry that happened. So frustrating. I was going to sell my ProRide and then the recall came out. I wasn't okay with using it ffing so I didn't feel I could sell it so I traded it in at the trade in event on the Fllo. :( and :)!
