Safety 1st guide question

I received the wrong cover on a guide 65 I ordered and I was wondering how you go about buying a new cover from them? I'm fine with keeping the one they sent as a back up but I'd like the one I ordered as well. Can I order with out the manufacture number?

You will likely need the model number of the seat and possibly the manufacture date when you contact them.

I would say the number on the shell of the one you have. I like to take a photo of the label so all the info is at my fingertips. They will want to make sure the other cover is compatible. It is, they just have to know what you have.

Thanks!. I've been trying to find the number for the one I ordered but cant seem to. I have the one that I received. Thats no problem.
