Trunki Boostapak or other travel booster

Is the Trunki Boostapak legal in Canada? I found a few articles thinking it was going to be approved, but can't find any confirming.

I'm thinking of buying 2 for a trip to Italy and am really hoping they can then go into the grandparents cars back in Canada.
    Thanks!

Or maybe what I should do is just buy an in-expensive booster in Canada that is small and light to travel with? From what I've read Italy isn't too worried about kids in carseats so my illegal Canadian booster should be OK?

I highly doubt that anyone will notice a Canadian booster in Canada or care if they do. I would probably do that.

Yes I agree after giving it a little more thought.

Since I don't live in Canada full time, is there a specific booster someone would recommend that is cheap and easy to travel with? We will be picking it up in Toronto (either shipping it or going to a store). I see the Harmony Youth Booster should meet my requirements. Any others?
