Bleach wipes on seat

Is it going to be ok that wipes containing bleach were used on the base and side of the shell of a Next Fit? The seat has only been used once or twice so I hope so!

It wasn't straight bleach, just a cleaning wipe that had it. Chicco is closed and I need to know before Monday whether to use it on a road trip.

It's a little bit of diluted chlorine wiped on hard plastic. There's no way that could have compromised the seat. I wouldn't give it another thought.

Are you absolutely certain it contains bleach? Clorox is a brand name, not actually 'bleach' (perchlorate-oxy-whatever the chemical name is for the strong base/salt we think of as chlorine bleach), for example. If it doesn't take the color out of cloth, it doesn't actually have bleach, just basic mild cleaning stuff that doesn't even hurt your hands (so it won't hurt plastic or polyester, either).

(Sodium hypochlorite is bleach.)

I'd likely take a wet cloth and wipe the seat with straight where in the places the wipes have been used. To get rid of any dried on cleaner remnants.
