    Wheelchair access van

My husband is in a power chair and we have a Dodge Caravan with access for him, but there is no middle row of seating. Can I safely rear face my 14 month old in the 3rd row and how? She is in a Diono Rainer.

Yes. Depending on the year of the van you'll use either the lower anchors or the seatbelt to install the seat.
