kia picanto 2004 and maxi cosi sps citi

good evening
I have a kia picante from 2004 and a baby bucket (maxi cosi sps citi version) but the problem is the installation : if I put the seat in car its ok but if but if I installed the seat with the baby the seat belt is too short? do everyone (in Europe) have the similar problem?

Hi! I'm not in Europe but may be able to trouble shoot with you a little.

Is it possible that you are compressing the seat more without the baby than with the baby in? If so, can you stand behind and press in firmly?

Perhaps a solution is to leave the seat installed, either with the belt and wiggle baby in under the belt or to get a base for it?

thanks for reply (and sorry for reply so late) I'm not sure if it exist a base for it I take seat because I see it's made for the air plane and I resolve the problem I leave the seat installed in my car
