    Convertible car seat recommendation

My daughter is 6 months old, 19lbs and 26 inches. She is currently still using the chicco keyfit 30 infant car seat. I drive a 2014 Nissan Rogue. We live in Montreal (QC). I would like to know what convertible car seats you recommend for SUV's? Budget is $150-350.
    Thank you

    Hi there,

Do you have any goals for how long you want to rear face her for? That will very much affect suggestions.

Is there anyone else in the back seat?

I will keep her rear facing as long as I can. Till at least 2 years if we can.
No one else is in the backseat.
    Thanks

    Re: Convertible car seat recommendation

You have quite a lot of options with only one child and that price range.

    Seats I'd look at are:

    Cosco Scenera NEXT

Evenflo SureRide (same as the Titan 65 exclusive to Walmart)

Graco Dimensions or Contender - Contender is on sale at Canadian Tire starting Thursday or Friday I believe for an excellent price.

    Graco MyRide

Britax G4.1 Marathon or Boulevard if you can find one on sale

    Evenflo Triumph

I highly recommend going to a store and checking these out, and then taking your favourites and trying in your car. It's a process - take the time to read the manual, try the seat in various positions or configurations in your car and think long term for what will work for your family.
