Easiest seats to clean? (DD gets carsick)

So, humor me. What's the seat you find easiest to clean? It would be for ~26lb 2.5 year old DD, FF in an F150. (yep. I know. We made it to two. Turning her back means I can't leave my neighborhood, FF means I only clean the seat a few times a month. I've tried.)

I already have an RXT that I don't love FF in the truck. I'm just not thrilled with it/the tightness/the angle. She currently rides in a FF TFP. I hate that I cant remove the crotch buckle, but the cover does come off nicely. I do also have a Nauti at my disposal that DS is using.

So those, or possibly something new? Bonus points for narrower. We may decide that we need to be doing a three across someday, and while the truck is huge, DH's car is not.

Or I'll just keep cleaning out the TFP regularly.

Well...the Clek seats are super easy to clean, IMO, and narrow. I do realize you may not want a convertible [emoji4] but since cleaning them involves a wipe down and maybe popping the seat cushion off, I thought I would mention it!

I actually just stuck her in a Fllo at BRU yesterday. :) I knew they were supposed to wipe down nicely but wasn't sure how true that actually was or how much they'd retain the smell.

(ETA: and I'm open to convertible. Potential passing down, but even if not, if it saves my sanity, I don't care that much :) )

Cleks are super easy to clean. Wipe it down, move on. A clek cleaning kit to spruce it up once in a while, but even that's super easy.

The other I've seen recommended is the sureride-- it has tall harness heights, and extra covers and replacement harnesses are fairly cheap, lol.

Crazy question, but has she had her eyes checked? There's been some stuff floating around lately about eye issues and car sickness.

I'm completely open to the suggestion of eyes. She has, but it has been a year and she should have an appointment again this fall. I'll add it to the sooner rather than later list. Both DH and I wear glasses, it wouldn't be at all surprising.

I had been considering a Clek anyway, for the 3 across potential instead of a second RXT if it comes to needing it. Definitely on the list.

But, replacement harnesses and covers, you are speaking my language. :) Okay, will check that one out too.

If Clek is in your price range, I'd be looking for 2 of just about anything else. Puke? Swap out the car seat, take the dirty one in for cleaning.

A couple of SureRides or Maestros or SecureKids or something. Unless you have very limited living space, anyway.

Thanks, that's a valid thought too. I already have 2 covers for the TFP, so that helps. I've considered buying 2 of something or just a single inexpensive backup to the TFP, too.

The poor kid. Meds help, but it's pretty impossible to give her some every single time I need to go anywhere. She has been way better in the last 5 months or so and is a happy, chatty little traveler but tonight the stop-and-go of our 5 minute errand did her in. Note to self... no more taking her along on rush hour trips.
