I am looking to transfer my 14 month old out of his infant seat as I need to get it ready for new baby and this is the car seat I am looking at for him. He is about 25 pounds and around 30 inches. Is this a good car seat choice for us?

It rear faces to 40"/40 pounds, it's compact for his age, and it's decently easy to install. It forward faces to about a size 5/6 shirt, and boosters a little while longer than that, though not much.

It's a good fit. :)
