Any new info on the Doona seat?

I searched and found some threads from last year, but nothing on if it actually was released in the US and what the thoughts were on it.

My SIL is thinking of getting one so I was just hoping to get some info on whether it's a good seat or not, or worth the $500.00

Yes, it's in stores. I have played with it at Right Start. It's nice, but I would only spend that much for it if I lived in NYC and relied on public transit and taxis.
