Eddie Bauer Surefit question

Isn't it the same as another seat? I'm thinking there's a newborn routing of the crotch strap? And that it doesn't tighten enough for a preemie maybe? We see these occasionally as they are sold separately and as a travel system in store at Target locally and there's nothing in the data base. Can anyone link me to a manual? A mom told me she got this and I want to reassure her it will fit. Or not as the case may be.

It looks like it may be the same as the onBoard 35 Air. Safety1st/Eddie Bauer doesn't seem to have any links to their manuals online, though -- just a contact form where you can get the info from a representative. Boo.

Thanks for looking. I tried too but I'm at work and it's hard! I'm hopeful someone will know!
