Fit help!

I posted this in the main forum, but I haven't been on here and ages and ahve no clue which gets more traffic these days :)

Trying to find out if the lap belt is too low. DD is soon to be 9 (next month), 52", and 63-64lbs. Car is a 2014 Sonata. She still needs a booster, but I'm feeling like the lap belt is too low? She has her arms up so I can take the pic, which has her leaning a little funny.

No, it's still in contact with her hips, so I don't think too low. Too low is literally across the thighs without contacting the hips at all.

I don't know that it is actually touching her hips. I went by and borrowed an Incognito from my mom (she has them in her car for my kids). For some reason I feel better with the more substantial booster?

Here is that fit (but from a different angle which makes it tough)

It actually looks a bit better in the second pic.

I guess the question is, will her body need to move forward before it engages the belt? If the answer is yes, then the belt is too low.

What booster is it?

Oh I left that out, sorry. The first booster is a Diono Santa Fe. Belt fit was the same in her sister's backless Turbo booster and our Harmony back up seat ( i think its a lite rider). I will have to inspect more tomorrow. It just didn't look right to me.

Second pic is an icognito.

I'm afraid she may slide forward a little bit, as there is a good bit of shirt and shorts fabric between the top of that lap belt and her hips. I'm just trying to figure out how low is too low. It's a fine line??
