    New Cybex booster?

    http://www.pishposhbaby.com/cybex-so...5GmxoCBebw_wcB

What do we know about it? Replacing the x fix or q fix? Or just another booster?

This is the last I knew: http://carseatblog.com/29620/2014-ab...ew-from-cybex/ I think it's an additional booster, not a replacement.

Oo, I like it! Why are all the cool ones out of my price range? DH is remembering my pitch for the ProSport including that she could use it as a booster....I'm eating my words now.

Pardon my ignorance because we're just moving into the world of combination seats of here... but what justifies that high of a price for a booster in particular? I do understand the high prices for convertibles and combos, I just have a hard time wrapping my mind around what separates this from a Parkway SGL, Monterey, Recaro etc.

It's like a fancy German engineered car. My regular American car really does the same thing but the German car does it cooler . It's more then that but as it has different latch and probably cool expanding sides like my q-fix and the adjustable piece in the head rest for better sleeping position....

That really is the best way to describe it. A Cybex is like a brand new BMW while a Britax is more like a new VW. Both safe, both accomplish the same thing, but the BMW has a few finishing touches and features (and a name) that give it a premium price.
