Guide 65

I'm looking at the Guide 65 for an upcoming plane trip. Does anyone know if the Eddie Bauer version has any advantage to the regular one such as better padding, etc? Or any other pertinent advice is always welcome.

To me it just seemed like it was loads more expensive for the name, heh. I haven't played extensively with the XRS, though.

If I were buying a new airplane car seat for a RF child, I would get a Scenera NEXT. In fact, that's what I'm going to do, despite that we have a Guide. Assuming I can convince my husband that buying another carseat is legit. :-D

I had the Guide 65 and a friend had the Eddie Bauer version, just seemed like a slightly nicer cover (quilted as I recall) but I didn't study the differences intensively, just kinda like oh hey, I have the same car seat type thing.

Thanks. We tried the NEXT today. Griffin has already outgrown it ff so if he has to ff on the plane that would be a problem.
