Incognito - squished in suitcase?

So I got an Incognito for DD last week. Mainly as back up and for her to use when we travel instead of the BB (she's 9.5yo, 65lb and maybe 52"?).

Anyway, the Incognito was a little bigger than I thought it would be. I was planning on putting it in my carry on rolling suitcase so we just have the Literider for DS to carry, but it's slightly wider than my bag. Anyone see an issue with 'forcing' it into the bag, it might squish the widest part of the booster about an inch.

Other options are just carrying it or putting it in the checked bag which are possible but in the carry on would be easiest.

(I could get a picture if it helps).

Can you bungee it to the outside of a carry on bag? I carried a booster like that for a cruise we went on, worked great.

Those bags are cool, but the Incognito wouldn't fit.

I just tried it in DH's carry on bag (he's not going on this trip) and his bag is the exact width of the booster (odd since overall his bag isn't as big as mine). So I'll just use his instead of mine.

Even though the kids are bigger, it's just easier to minimize all of the stuff I need to keep track of, especially since DH isn't going with this time.
