Twins in a '14 Caravan (Canada)

What would you recommend for convertibles for 12mo twins (with an 8yo sibling in the mix?)

I suggested the SureRide and mentioned the MyRide since it's currently on sale. Budget's not unlimited, so economy is appreciated!

The SureRide/Titan 65 is a pretty good fit in the Caravan, both RF and FF, so if budget is an issue then that one for sure. I don't love the MyRide FF in the captain's chairs of the Caravan so long term the SureRide is a better option.

They'd consider Britax/Diono if there was some huge advantage, but I don't think there is for them? They don't need narrow, and what's Britax got going for them but finish?

There's the ARB if you want that feature...but for approximately a $600 difference? That's a lot!

I'd suggest a high back for the 8 year old or to have that child in the centre spot. The belt fit in the 3rd row is atrocious on a backless.

Bumping this up in light of Prime Day... any other seats a good consideration if they go on sale? What about the Scenera Next (which won't be on Amazon, I know, but it wasn't available when I first asked.)

Thanks!

Not really, not on a budget. If they can swing the $120ish on a Titan 65 then it's longer lasting long term than a NEXT, which is essentially a rear-facing only seat. It's cute and compact and I like it, but outgrown FF before it's maxed out RF.

Maybe a MyRide? But it can be had for ~$100 using coupon codes at Shop.ca right now, possibly another 20% back via ebates too but that doesn't pay out until November and you're not supposed to get both so it's possible they'll pull it back before paying it out.
