Question retrofit tether in Suzuki Wagon R - moved to International

Hi all,

I hope someone can help. I have a Suzuki Wagon R+ that does not have tether anchors. I was wondering if anyone knew if they would be able to be retrofitted? I can't find any info on this online.
Any help appreciated.

What kind of tether anchors do you mean? Where are you located and what seat will be installed?

I am in Bermuda and our car doesn't have tether anchors at all and I see that most of the newer car seats advise you to use tether anchors.
Based on consumer reports and reviews on here, I was thinking of getting the Evenflo Sureride DLX or Maxi Cosi Pria 70. Both will be fine rear facing but when it comes to forward facing, we have no tether anchors.
I doubt that the Suzuki dealer here will be able to retrofit an anchor/s so I suppose I am wondering what (if any) is the safest car seat when tether anchors are not used.

ps. car seat laws are basically non- existent here, kids ride on knees in the front of cars, climbing over seats etc. The spped limit island wide is 35km/hr. Most people travel at sround 40 or 50km/hr.
