Seriously, I can't believe I didn't notice this. A grandma came to shop for a travel system and I recommended our ugly red one in store because of the price. We've never, ever had a rear-adjust seat as long as I've worked there, and I didn't put the floor model out, so I didn't notice it's rear adjust! She ended up buying a cute pink one online, came in today to ask why her seat didn't have that convenient strap for the harness...? I went to show her that it does, and I was WRONG!
She's going to end up spending way more now, buying another front adjust seat... geesh.
Anyway, had to vent again, this is the same travel system I complained about last time where the recline foot is a removable plastic plate and it fell off and got lost the moment it got pulled out of the box.
