Talking Rear facing car seat that fits in extended cab trucks

I am needing advice on which car seats fit nicely rear facing in the back seat of a extended cab pick-up. We purchased new car seats for our twin granddaughters and they just do not fit in the back seats of the other two sets of grandparents trucks. All are extended cab Chevy pickups. Unsure of the years of these pickups. We are going to take those for ourselves and buy some more for the others but need to know if anyone has had any luck with anything besides an infant carrier fitting nicely in the back seat of the trucks. They girls are still to young and little to forward face but are quickly becoming to big for infant seats. HELP!!

Cosco scenera next was the only one I could get to fit decently in my dad's Chevy extended cab.

And since they're twins, you probably want at least one 2-pack, if not two: http://mobile.walmart.com/ip/17376977?type=search
