Which would YOU be more comfortable with outboard?

This is simply a gut reaction, but I would be more comfortable with the Apex, only because the sides are bigger. The lack of sides on the Radian make me nervous. I don't know, but probably the Apex. Just my :twocents:.

If it's one of the Apexes/cousins with energy-absorbing foam, then whichever one I could get tighter. If no EPP/EPS foam, then the Radian.

Safeguard? (ok, i know, too late...)
Yeah, maybe apex... but I would do it and look and see... which seat puts the kiddo closer to the center of the vehicle, further from the window? Which puts the kiddo higher up out of the way of the oncoming T-boners bumper? do the headwings really look deeper on the apex when it's installed?

Just random thoughts... :)

Closer to the center of the vehicle has to go the Apex, in fact in the Ford 500, it could actually go in the middle.

I think that they are both about the same in height. Neither have bases.

OT, but you've got to post some pics of this Ford-500, to make me jealous of it :p . What era of trucks are these going into? If it's on the newer era that stand above the roof of the either vehicle, I'd say it would be a toss up on which has the easier install in each position.
