    Hello, i am trying to see which convertible car seat would be best to fly and of course subsequently go in the car of our travel city for my son who is 18mos, 34 in tall and 22 lbs. forward-facing.. thanks

    I would suggest the Guide 65 or the Scenera Next. Oh wait the Scenera has a 2 year minimum for forward facing so that's out. I've read that the Guide 65 allows your child to use the tray table while still strapped in their car seat so thats a good option. Since your son is forward facing there is also the Evenflo Maestro. Have you heard about the new recommend 2 year old minimum to forward face and why its safer for kids to be rear-facing? I know it your decision as a parent, I just wanted to make sure you had all the information.
