    RSTV v HBB for trips

We've got four trips planned in the next 4 months and I'm not sure if we should be using our RSTVs (which we already own) or purchasing something new such as a HBB. Dragging our Radians or Britaxes along is not an option due to weight.

We will do some car travel--airport to hotel/relative's home, in the vicinity of the hotel/home, and then back to the airport. One relative lives over an hour from the airport.

Kids sit perfectly on the plane in their CARES so we don't need a seat on the plane. DD sits perfectly in her RSTV. DS usually sits well but sometimes needs reminders, although we will have enough adults on the trips that someone can always sit with him.

    DS 5 1/2 35.5 pounds
    DD 5 1/2 41.5 pounds

    Thank you

How do they sleep in the RSTVs? After travel an hour's ride would definitely put my kids to sleep.
