We are purchasing from friends a second hand infant car seat for our grandson, for when he will be home with us. Can you tell me when if there has been a recall on this car seat.

Serial Number: 08021200272
Date of manufacture: 2012-08-02
This is to be used a second car seat, so not something that would be used daily.

Hi there. Can you provide the brand and model name?

We usually recommend against purchasing used seats, because they could have been recalled, involved in a crash, could have missing parts, might have been mistreated, etc. If you'd like recommendations for new seats you could purchase, let us know your budget and what kind of car you drive.
