Which car seat standard does South Korea use?

Which car seat standard does South Korea use? Just curious. I thought it was one of ECE R44 countries, but then I stumbled upon Joie's Korean page, and it has this seat with fexible isofix attachments. R44 I think only allows rigid isofix so it can't be a R44 seat?

Of course I don't understand a word of what's written there

Or maybe what is used there is some kind of localized version of the R44? I have a vague memory of reading some kind of Joie's comment on a fitting video (?) that a European version of a seat will not have a lockoff (?) because it's only required by the local standard of the country that the seat was first designed for [at that point I for some reason placed "the country" as either Japan or S. Korea]?

I'm finding very little with google but what I have found is that Korea has a seatbelt law that came into being in the mid 90's includes using an assistive device or booster for children. No specifics though and it sounds like adults might be fined for not wearing seatbelts but rarely are they fined for not using a seat or even just a belt for a child. I can't find anything that says what standards they may allow or disallow . For a country that doesn't value seatbelt use, it would surprise me if they follow such a strict European standard though...

Yeah, I googled, too, and didn't manage to find much.
On the other hand, if the seat-belt use is not valued, it doesn't make sense to invest into creating their own standard either, no?
Added: the Joie Stages Isofix can't be an Australian seat, those have height limits only and last I heard isofix wasn't included in that standard yet. Other seats on Joie's Korean page appear to be the same as R44 ones that they sell in Europe.

I can't imagine they have much by way of car seat standards. I would actually be shocked if they have any.

It's quite possible that any seat that makes it to Korea and has Korean warning labels are acceptable. I actually have a clek foonf with Korean warning labels that were accidentally placed on an American seat. I have no idea if clek meets any over seas standards or not but the fact that they has Korean labels, indicates they likely sell the foonf in Korea.
