Allegiant Air?

I've heard their seats are pretty small. Does anyone know if a Graco Contender would fit in there forward facing? I'm looking for something with a closed belt path. I've never flown with a car seat before, so I'm new to this. Do the armrests lift up on all planes to accommodate the car seat?

I flew on Allegiant in January and did not find the seats any smaller than other commercial planes. I am a large person, so I would notice small seats! Usually the center armrests will lift, but not the ones on the aisle. I'm pretty sure our Allegiant flight was that way. One thing that's helpful with car seats on Allegiant is that their seats don't recline, so you don't have to worry about someone reclining into your child's RF seat or their lap if FF.

Ohh okay thats good to know that they're not so small. I'm so paranoid about getting on the plane and the car seat not fitting, but I guess that shouldnt be a problem with raised armrests.

I have flown with Allegiant quite a bit, and there is definitely less space between rows but not necessarily in terms of seat width. It's the only airline I've flown where I could not get my Britax Roundabout 50 to fit rear facing. Not even at a really upright angle. Not even close! I did not, however, have a problem with fitting it forward facing, other than how easily she could kick the seat in front. The arm rests did go up, even though the seats don't recline.
