I just submitted my comment! NHTSA is still soliciting comment on this proposed rule, which addresses lower anchor and tether anchor access and visibility and tether and lower anchor connector usability. If you, like I, often encounter LATCH incompatibility or have something to say about the problems parents face using LATCH, now is your big chance. Make a comment before March 24! http://www.regulations.gov/#!docketDetail;D=NHTSA-2014-0123
