Question Convertible car seat for smaller car - Canada

hi,
We have a VW Golf 2008 and it is time for us to buy a new car seat for our two year old daughter. I would like to know if you can give me some suggestions in that regard, which convertible (rf and ff) car seats are most compatible with our vehicle, so to speak.

How heavy and tall is your daughter? My husband has a 1999 golf and I have put a few seats in it. The Radian with angle adjuster actually fit behind the driver seat. It is incredibly upright, but at two years that shouldn't be a problem. I've also put a Peg Perego convertible behind the passenger seat. That one took up a little more room, because it can't be as upright as the Radian.
I've never put a seat in the centre as the seatbelt is stuck. I'm guessing a centre install might leave a little more room for front passengers as well.
