Any reason NOT to get a maxi cosi ap infant seat? I see the 2014s are marked down. They come in such great colors! Baby "might" be as low S 6#s.

For a small baby, no. It has a 22 pound/29" rear facing limit, which is lower than some parents would like. It's also a little bigger front to back in many cars. But it fits small babies well, is generally easy to install and use.

Thanks Wendy! That a really sounds great. We're going to be expecting a smaller baby. Up to two weeks early. Also I won't need to use the seat past 22#, as I've been switching the kids over earlier and earlier. I would skip it all together, but DH like a bucket!

Does anyone have the peachy/orange one? Is it considered gn?
