My sister lives in South Africa.... This is the infant seat she has how do I find the expiration date?it won't let me post a picture however it's a maxi cosi androgen sticjer says ece r44-04

As far as I know, the EU doesn't technically have expiry dates on seats. Another member on this board had said though that in the EU, it's recommended to not use an infant seat for more than 5 years and other seats for 10 years.
Additionally, the manufacturer may have a recommendation in the manual. If you don't have the manual, you should download it from Maxi Cosi's web site.
