Minivan for 4-5 in carseats/boosters

We will be buying a van (used) this fall and I would like to figure out which is most compatible with our family. We currently have a 7 yo (booster), 4 yo (ff radian and will be to seat limit), 19 month old (erf to seat limit), and are planning another next year. I also occasionally have my 5 month old niece in my care, I plan to buy an inexpensive convertible seat for her, likely a scenera next or something similar. We like to use infant seats for our newborns too. I have more or less ruled out the Town and Country and Grand Caravan for various reasons. We have looked at the Honda odyssey a lot but I would like to know if there are any draw backs to it or if I would even be an option for our seating situation. We are looking to spend no more than $25000 and the Honda seems like the most bang for our buck as far as I can tell.

The Odyssey was redesigned in 2011, with major changes to the 2nd and (I think) 3rd rows, so specific answers may differ, depending on which generation you're looking at, but the 2011+ Ody gets the most car seat friendliness love around here. People like both the Ody and Sienna from the previous generation.

The newer generation Honda is the one we have been looking at. What years of the Toyota are the best for lots of carseats? We briefly looked at some newer ones but they were out of our budget for what we wanted it to have, if the older ones would be better we might have more options to look into.

Both the Ody and Sienna were redesigned in 2011. I want to say the previous generation of the Sienna was 2006-2010, but I could be off on the beginning of that range.

The previous generation carseat friendly Toyota Siennas (with the optional 8-passenger seating available in the CE base trim level and LE non-AWD trim level) were 2004-2010 model year vehicles.
