Trying to send some flowers to a friend

Hi! I am trying to send some flowers to a friend of mine who
lives in a little village called Anastasievskaja,
which i am told is between Krasnodar and Anapa (Russia).
Does anyone know who delivers flowers to such a small village for me?

I moved this thread here because it does not relate in any way to car seats or vehicle safety, which is why this forum exists. To be honest, this posts reeks of spam, but I'm trying to be generous considering the season.
