Graco charging for turbo booster screws?

Why wouldn't they charge? They come in the box with a manual telling people to put them in. If people don't do that and throw them away, graco shouldn't be out the $$ for replacements.

The used to send out replacements for free... I know they often sent techs a big handful of them, no charge. (Though my free handful had 3 of them. Not sure an odd number is terribly helpful, but whatever, it was free, lol).

I don't recommend TB to non carseat people because of the screw issue. Last time I ordered they were free but I'm due to order again.

I thought they started selling them with the screws already in place. I don't think I've seen one without them in a store for a really long time.

The pre-built Turbos at Target have them, but the highbacks in the box are the same as they've always been: screws in the bag with the manual and seatbelt strap.
