Sleeping in a booster

Yesterday was my 5 yr old's longest ride in a booster, about 140 miles round trip and her first time sleeping in one. It was also the first time this booster has been used. I tried moving the head rest down but it put the shoulder belt too far out. From the pictures do you think she's OK sleeping in this seat or do I need to find something with more wings? The first picture was taken at a stop light the rest where when I stopped for gas.

In the second one she was starting to rotate her body and I it looked like her shoulder might pop out of the seatbelt. to me this seat looks better sleeping than she did in her sister's Monterrey after about 20 miles she got slouchy.

She's doing pretty good. My kid falls totally forward when she sleeps and she sleeps a lot in the car, so she is still harnessed at almost 7. Just keep reminding her to look up (which does not matter for us).

Thanks y'all I'm sure she'll be glad to hear that she can sleep in a booster. It was rare for both kids to sleep in the Frontier 85, N stopped sleeping in the car from the time she turned FF at 3 yrs 8 months until she got her Monterrey soon after turning 5. E complains about being tired in the Frontier but won't sleep, when she's in the Roundabout, she just passes out quietly. Looking back I wish I'd just RF them both till 5.

Looks good to me. I encourage my kids to lean to the wing towards the shoulder belt, just in case.

What's the booster? I don't recognize that one.

Yes, I do that too. I also teach them to only sleep looking up in the car, not to the side, as it keeps them in place better. I start that training while they are still harnessed.

Combi Kobuk, Wayfair had them for $15 shipped long before I needed it, yesterday was the first time it had been used. It happens to also fit perfectly in DH's Subaru where it will eventually live.

I noticed when she leaned her head away from the seatbelt her shoulders leaned towards the the shoulder belt.

Great buy! Too bad it's not taller (looking at the measurement page), but it looks like a nice one and you can't beat $15! That's amazing!

Yeh, I couldn't pass it up, she's short and it expires 2 months before she turns 10.
