That do NOT come with a chest clip?

How about allow use of the seat without a chest clip across the board, not just in totally extraordinary circumstances?

None come to mind but someone mentioned there were a few...

There are some Porsche and maybe Ferrari seats in the US that don't have them. They're not required by FMVSS213, but if they come with the seat they're required to use it properly unless the manufacturer gives instructions to the contrary.

Even the official Ferrari seats page now shows them with chest clips. Porsche I can only find clip less but wasn't sure if it was just a stock photo thing, like how the stock coccoro photos show no clip but the US models come with them.

Are those the only 2 that probably don't have them then?

I want to say Mercedes-Benz might also still distribute some without. But I have not seen any non-dealership-distributed seats that do not have one. (The Porsche ones really don't.)

Ferrari name is now licensed to a company that makes seats that are the equivalent of the Baby Trend Hybrid etc. with them here. I'm not sure if they are still distributing any others.
