Top Tethers in 3rd Row of 2005 Mazda MVP?

Can someone please tell me where the TTA in the 3rd row of this van is? What do I look for? I need to explain it to someone over the phone.

If it's similar to the 2001 MVP I did tonight it's only in the centre & it's attached to the back just below where the hatch opens

2001-2006 Mazda MPVs are listed in the LATCH manual as having a third row center top tether anchor located on the floor of the cargo area, and to peel back the carpet to locate the tether anchor.
