The only Spanish speaking tech in Alabama is listed in Foley. Perhaps she can bring a translator?

Is the baby tend seat new? Can she return it? I've heard they are hard to install.

If not, her best bet is to take someone with her that is bilingual. I would do you on the phone as a last resort. While not the same, I worked in retail and had non English speakers hand me a phone and the back and forth for a simple question or return was a huge inconvenience. It took 3 time as long as having someone right there who could help. I can't imagine doing that with a car seat check/install.

The seat is not new, a few months old, I ask her and she doesn't have anyone that can go with her, but I will call tomorrow to the tech in Enterprise and see if there's any way they can help, maybe an event is coming or something? Who knows, but maybe they can come up with something

There may be community resources for translators, if you call the local SafeKids coalition.

I often find the easiest way to install the baby trend seats is with a locking clip, so she might try that. Information should be in her manual (in Spanish.)

Oh I talked to her about it, she doesn't have any idea, all she knows is that the seat is loose, both her husband and her tried with latch but they say it won't go any more tight, I told her how to do the seat belt installation, send her a copy of her manual and some installation videos from the car seat lady, told her it was not the same seat but close enough for her to get an idea, I will call tomorrow, I found the tech on the safekids website

I was a Spanish major.
I never got a real chance to use it. Would have loved someone coming who spoke Spanish!
