Friend's baby is just turning 4 months old. Was 11 lb. at birth, now weighs 21.7 pounds and is 27.5" long - mostly torso.
Needless to say he has outgrown whatever Graco bucket she has with the 22 pound limit.
Suggestions for a seat that he won't outgrow before he turns 2? I know she doesn't want to spend more than $200, preferably less. Must be easy installation and probably a no re-thread harness because mom can be a bit flighty IYKWIM.
Vehicle is a Honda CRV, but not sure of the year. Tall dad, average mom, and not sure what the 3 year old brother rides in (if anything - they live in the Philippines right now and car seat usage is almost unheard of).
My first thought is a Graco clone, but totally open to suggestions!
